Call Den is a service of SHOPSTACK LLC, 350 N Main St, Winter Garden, FL 34787 ("Call Den," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Name, email address, phone number, and business name
• Industry, plan preference, estimated call volume

Information collected through our services:

• Phone call recordings and transcripts
• Caller information (phone number, call duration, metadata)
• Lead qualification data generated by our AI

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, operating system
• Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our AI call handling services
• To process your service requests and communicate with you
• To send call summaries, transcripts, and lead notifications
• To comply with legal obligations

3. SMS & Contact Consent

When you submit a form or opt in, you agree that Call Den may contact you by phone, SMS, or email about your inquiry and service setup. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Information Sharing & Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in these situations:

• With you, as part of delivering the Service (your leads, transcripts, and recordings)
• With the service providers listed below, strictly to operate the Service
• When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you

5. Who Processes Your Data (Subprocessors)

Call Den is built on third-party infrastructure. These providers may process call audio, transcripts, or account data on our behalf, and each is bound by its own security and privacy commitments:

• Twilio — telephony, call routing, call recording, and SMS delivery
• xAI — real-time voice AI and conversation handling
• DeepSeek — fallback language model used to extract lead details from transcripts
• Render — application hosting and database storage
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and website hosting
• Resend — transactional and lead-notification email
• Stripe — subscription payment processing. Call Den never stores your full card number.

We may update this list as our infrastructure changes. Material changes will be reflected here.

6. Roles: Your Data vs. Your Callers' Data

For information about you as a Call Den account holder, Call Den is the controller of that data.

For information about your callers — the people who phone your business — you are the controller and Call Den acts as your processor. We handle caller data only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent your callers are entitled to under the laws of your state, including call-recording consent in two-party-consent states such as Florida.

7. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. We load no third-party tracking scripts, and we do not participate in cross-site advertising or behavioral profiling.

Our web servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, referring URL) for security and troubleshooting, as described in Section 1. Our application uses only the browser storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in to your dashboard.

8. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), and our database and hosting providers encrypt stored data at rest.

Retention: call recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days, after which they are deleted. Lead records (name, phone, job type, location, and summary) are retained for the life of your account so your lead history stays intact.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@thecallden.com. When you close your account, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it is deleted.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Deletion — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention obligations
• Portability — receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Opt out of sale or targeted advertising — we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge you more, or reduce service quality because you exercised a privacy right

How to exercise these rights: email hello@thecallden.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity using the email address or phone number on your account, and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may extend once by an additional 45 days.

If your request concerns caller data collected through a Call Den customer's business line, please contact that business directly — they control that data and we will assist them in responding.

You may also authorize someone to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of that authorization.

10. Children's Privacy

Call Den is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this Policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify active customers by email.
