Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get the full product — your own Call Den number, your AI configured for your business, real leads captured and texted to you.
That trial is where you decide. If Call Den isn't catching leads worth more than it costs, don't upgrade. Your account simply deactivates at the end of the trial and you are never charged a cent.
We keep it this way for a simple reason: the moment a call comes in, we are paying real per-minute and per-message costs to answer it on your behalf. The free trial is how we take the risk off you up front instead.
If Call Den didn't do its job, we'll make it right. Email us and we'll review a refund if:
These are reviewed case by case, and we'd rather fix the problem than keep your money. Email hello@thecallden.com with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request." Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you have an issue, please reach out to us first — we'll make it right. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account termination.
